Motivation is helpful, but it is unreliable.
It rises, falls, disappears, and sometimes returns when you least expect it. If you build your life around motivation, progress will always feel unstable.
Momentum is different.
Momentum grows from repeated action, even small action. It gives you something motivation cannot: evidence. Evidence that you can begin, continue, and return.
If you want more movement in your life, stop waiting to feel inspired. Make the next step easier to begin. Lower the barrier. Reduce the pressure. Keep the action small enough to repeat.
Momentum is quieter than motivation, but far more dependable.
