Hi beautiful souls — Gem here.
This week, our practice is about moving better, not more. You do not need a longer session, a harder routine, or a perfect form to feel a shift. You just need a little attention, a little patience, and a few steady minutes each day.
Tai Chi works quietly. The body learns through repetition. The mind settles through gentle focus. That is why this week we are keeping things simple and beginner-friendly.
Simple Daily Tai Chi Practice (10 Minutes)
Day 1 — Focus: Awareness
Notice where you hold tension before you begin.
Day 2 — Focus: Breathing
Let your breath slow your movement down naturally.
Day 3 — Focus: Balance
Shift your weight carefully from one foot to the other.
Day 4 — Focus: Flow
Allow one movement to connect softly to the next.
Day 5 — Focus: Softness
Relax your shoulders, hands, and jaw.
Day 6 — Focus: Presence
Stay with the movement you are in, not the next one.
Day 7 — Focus: Ease
Let the whole practice feel lighter and calmer.
If you can, take a short walk afterwards. A few quiet minutes outside can help the body keep that calm, steady feeling.
