4. Uploaded and Downloaded Materials

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and ownership of any documents you upload.
  • EEdge retains temporary copies of uploaded or generated documents for processing purposes only.
  • We provide downloads in common file formats (PDF, DOCX, CSV) depending on the request.

5. Payment and Cancellation

  • Paid memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months.
  • EEdge reserves the right to offer promotional discounts or extended trial periods.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, logos, branding, and AI assistant designs are owned by EEdge and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
  • You retain full ownership of any materials you upload or create through EEdge.

  • Accounts may also be suspended for suspected abuse, fraud, or system exploitation.
