As an experienced IT professional, I found myself shut out of the very field I’d worked in for decades. I didn’t “fit the corporate identity,” and when I applied for simpler jobs, I was dismissed as overqualified — assumed I’d just leave as soon as something better came along. I wished I had a place like this — somewhere to sort myself out and move forward — so I built Every Person’s Edge to be that place for others.
My Story
For years, I watched good people struggle — not because they weren’t capable, but because they didn’t have the right support at the right time. Every Person’s Edge is my way of helping — meeting people where they are, no matter what they’re trying to achieve.
